Dr. Tia L. Jones is an accomplished transformation executive, strategic advisor, and business leader with more than 27 years of experience leading complex initiatives across financial services, fintech, healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to deliver enterprise transformation programs, establish governance frameworks, modernize operating models, and improve organizational performance.

Her leadership experience includes senior executive roles at global organizations, where she has led initiatives in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, project management offices (PMOs), organizational change management, and workforce development. Dr. Jones is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and helping organizations successfully navigate change while maintaining focus on strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

Dr. Jones holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership, an MBA, and multiple industry-recognized certifications, including PMP, SHRM-SCP, Certified ScrumMaster, Prosci Change Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt, and certifications in Business Analytics and AI Business Strategy.
